Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to support daily office operations, documentation, coordination, and reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling office records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth administrative support for ongoing projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office and administrative work.
- Prepare quotations, reports, letters, invoices, and project documents.
- Maintain proper records of client data, purchase orders, and office files.
- Coordinate with project, sales, service, and accounts teams.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and client communication professionally.
- Update daily work reports, MIS reports, and data entries.
- Maintain attendance records and staff documentation.
- Support tender documentation and submission processes.
- Coordinate material dispatch and delivery documentation.
- Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and office records accurately.
- Follow up with clients and vendors for required documents and updates.
- Ensure proper filing and document management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good typing speed and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in project-based or engineering companies preferred.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and documentation handling.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
