Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, expanding the customer base, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings to promote company products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts as per company guidelines.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide regular market feedback to management.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
