Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer/ Structural Engineer with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry like building construction, Commercial and residential Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site management, labour management, site supervision
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervising day - day civil work at site as instructed
· Ensure contractor maintains proper labor force from time to time to complete specified departmental work and communicate the same
· Supervision of all construction activities, drawings and specifications.
· Maintain daily and weekly report as formatted
· Follow up with the contractor for Execution work specification/ Drawings or as per engineer's instruction
· Evaluate contractor work progress and prepare progress reports for management.
· Detailed study of specification and drawing
· Site Management activities also required
· Detailed study of project specification/ drawings
· Prepare BBS as per drawing
· Handling all types of site execution work
· Prepare and maintain project reports.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
· 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
· Capable of handling site execution work with BBS
· Strong understanding of monitoring and executing civil works
· Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Looking for candidates who are flexible to relocate to this location
· Looking for candidates in Building construction, residential and commercial construction which includes column, casting footing
