Telecaller (Patient Care Executive)

Chate Homeopathy Clinic is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered homeopathic care. We are looking for a confident, courteous, and communication-focused Telecaller to strengthen our patient support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with patients, ensuring timely follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and delivering an excellent patient experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients for follow-up consultations and treatment progress.
- Contact patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and encourage timely clinic visits.
- Follow up with patients who have missed appointments and assist them in rescheduling.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, doctor availability, and clinic services.
- Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and update the clinic management system.
- Coordinate with doctors and front desk staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Provide patients with information about prescribed follow-up schedules and clinic procedures.
- Build positive relationships with patients through polite, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Escalate patient concerns or feedback to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining high-quality patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, patient coordination, or healthcare is an added advantage.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
- Friendly, confident, and patient-focused approach.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate call records and patient information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a positive, empathetic, and service-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
