We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Salesgirl to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the perfect outfits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Assist clients in choosing outfits by offering styling suggestions and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of various dress materials, fabrics, and garment care.
- Take accurate body measurements to ensure proper fit for specific dress models.
- Manage fitting sessions and help clients try on outfits comfortably.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual standards, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and appealing.
- Handle billing, packaging, and basic inventory tasks.
- Build customer loyalty through professional and courteous service.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or boutique experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, dress styles, and current fashion trends.
- Ability to take precise measurements (bust, waist, hips, length, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
