We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you have expertise in running paid campaigns and generating quality leads through digital platforms, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & other digital platforms
- Generate quality leads and improve ROI through performance marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and prepare reports
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Work closely with the creative and sales teams for campaign execution
- Track conversions, CPL, ROAS, and other performance metrics
Requirements:
- Experience in Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel Setup & Tag Manager
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
