Role Summary:
We are looking for a Pipeline Pilot Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data processing workflows to support clinical and research operations. The role requires strong expertise in Pipeline Pilot protocol development, data integration and working within regulated (GxP) environments.
What You’ll Do:
Integrate Pipeline Pilot with clinical systems, Databases and external APIs.
Troubleshoot Failed jobs, Data issues and Performance bottlenecks.
Optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Develop reusable components and modular protocols.
Support production jobs, scheduling, and monitoring.
Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering.
Document protocols, workflows, and technical designs.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot
Expertise in Protocol development & debugging script
Experience in Data transformation/ETL workflows
Handling large datasets
Good knowledge of SQL/relational databases
Experience with System integrations
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
Programming like Python, R scripting, Java scripting
Experience with API’s
Knowledge of Clinical Domain
Exposure to CTMS
Tech Stack
Biovia, Pipeline Pilot, ETL, SQL, APIs, Life Science Domain
