About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving leads, conversions, and ROI through data-driven performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead generation, conversions, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize returns.
- Create compelling ad copy and coordinate creative assets for campaigns.
- Recommend landing page improvements to enhance conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and creatives.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, or Paid Media.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of attribution models and marketing funnels.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Strong reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of Landing Page Optimization (LPO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Good to Have
- Experience with remarketing and funnel-based campaigns.
- Knowledge of heatmap and A/B testing tools.
- Experience managing international campaigns (US, UK, AU markets).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Ads is an added advantage.
