- Identify new customers: Find new business opportunities and customers.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects . Research clients that have a requirement for our services .
- Comfortable with working in B2B, Corporates, Industries, Hospitality, Institution's & Real Estate Sector
- Negotiate prices, terms, and specifications with customers.
- Create proposals and bids for business.
- Deliver sales pitch, demo, presentation and proposal to potential clients· Getting along with diverse personalities easily
- Handling target deadlines and responsibility
- Possessing a sharp eye for detail
- Possessing superior presentation skills
- Speaking and writing clearly and correctly
- Problem-solving: Resolve client issues and challenges
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously
