About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Vendor Development & Activation Executive to strengthen our vendor ecosystem and ensure seamless execution of on-ground campaigns. This role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new vendors, leveraging existing vendor networks, managing fabrication requirements, and executing college activations and other brand activation campaigns end-to-end.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, negotiation ability, and experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Vendor Development & Management
- Identify, onboard, and develop new vendors across fabrication, production, logistics, promoters, and activation requirements
- Build and maintain a strong database of existing and new vendors across multiple cities
- Source vendors based on project requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Negotiate commercials and ensure cost-effective execution
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution
Activation Execution
- Plan and execute college activations, campus engagement programs, and on-ground brand activations
- Manage end-to-end execution, including vendor coordination, permissions, fabrication, logistics, staffing, and reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns within timelines and budgets
- Visit activation sites and oversee on-ground operations
- Coordinate with brand, creative, and operations teams for execution readiness
- Handle issue resolution during live activations and maintain execution quality
- Support execution of experiential marketing campaigns and large-scale activations
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Activations, Production, Operations, or Event Execution
- Experience handling fabrication vendors and on-ground campaign execution
- Strong network of vendors is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling for activations
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
