Headmistress – Primary School Campus
Scholars Juniors, a dedicated and exclusive Primary School Campus located in Sector 2, Bahadurgarh, Haryana invites applications from experienced and passionate educational leaders for the position of Headmistress.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Additional qualifications in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or Child Education will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience across both Pre-Primary and Primary classes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles such as Academic Coordinator and/or Headmistress.
- Demonstrated experience in school administration, academic planning, staff management, and parent engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall academic, administrative, and operational functioning of the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic standards.
- Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
- Foster a positive learning environment focused on student growth and well-being.
- Strengthen parent-school partnerships and community engagement.
- Drive school improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
