Principal Consultant – Head of Services Division (IT & OT Cybersecurity)

Job Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, governance, and operational delivery of integrated cybersecurity solutions across IT & OT critical infra networks within India and expanding global footprint. Oversee a team delivering consulting, security audit, product deployments and training to ensure high-impact outcomes and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of OT/IT cybersecurity solutions from discovery, consulting and solution design through implementation, commissioning, handover, and support.
- Lead client-facing demos, PoCs, and workshops for IT (networks, cloud) and OT (SCADA, ICS, IIoT) solutions, showcasing tools like ASM, SIEM, SOAR, and NIDS.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution: from assessment and design to deployment and optimization in IT/OT environments.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, engineers, and VAPT specialists; foster partnerships with SIs and clients.
- Drive business development: contribute to RFPs, client pitches, and service upsell using deep domain expertise.
- Ensure compliance with standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST 800-82); deliver thought leadership via whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
- Monitor KPIs, client satisfaction, and service innovation to align with WhizHack's growth goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (preferably Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/CSE), or Cybersecurity (CISM preferred).
- 8+ years in cybersecurity services, with 5+ years leading IT/OT consulting/deployments.
- Proven track record of client-facing demos and execution in IT (enterprise security) and OT (ICS protocols like Modbus/DNP3).
- Experience heading services divisions or large projects; strong P&L management.
- Expertise in SIEM/SOAR/NIDS/VAPT tools; certifications: CISSP, CISM, GICSP, OSCP.
- Established client network and partnerships with Managed Services Channels.
- Experience managing budgets, margins, contracts, vendors, SLAs, risks, and executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel
Pay: ₹1,223,950.58 - ₹2,582,061.65 per year
