Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of CNC machines through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
- Ensure machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with production teams for maintenance planning.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine maintenance.
- Exposure to both Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
