Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance (MIS)
Experience: 4+ Years
Industry Preference: Retail/Manufacturing/Trading is mandatory
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Location: Noida Sec 135
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
✔ Preparation and timely submission of Monthly MIS & Financial Reports
✔ Variance Analysis of Actuals vs Budget, Forecast, and Previous Periods
✔ Monitoring financial and operational KPIs to support business decisions
✔ Analysis of Revenue, Margins, Costs, Inventory, and Working Capital
✔ Preparation of Management Dashboards and Performance Reports
✔ Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning support
✔ Reconciliation of accounts and investigation of reporting variances
✔ Strong understanding of Taxation (GST, TDS etc.)
✔ Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong MIS reporting and financial analysis skills
✅ Advanced Excel and ERP software
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Experience in manufacturing and trading/Retail is a must
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
