Asatkalpa International Consulting is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruitment for both internal hiring and client mandates. The role involves sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Key Requirements:
- 6 months to 1.5 years of recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
