Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain complex schedules, manage appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Communications: Act as the first point of contact by screening phone calls, handling inquiries, and routing emails.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel accommodations, flights, and detailed itineraries.
- Office Administration: Prepare reports, organize meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and manage filing systems.
- Lifestyle Support (Optional): Run business or personal errands, track expenses, and manage household coordination.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
