As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Café Manager who takes pride in building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and running smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Manage, train, schedule, and motivate the Front of House, Barista, and Service teams while fostering a positive and accountable work culture.
- Work alongside the team on the floor, leading coffee, matcha, and service operations while ensuring consistency in product quality and hospitality.
- Ensure all company SOPs, food safety standards, hygiene protocols, statutory compliances, and operational checklists are followed at all times.
- Oversee inventory management, daily stock counts, stock rotation, wastage control, procurement, and vendor coordination. Review and submit daily inventory reports with the team.
- Manage POS operations, billing accuracy, cash handling, day-end reconciliation, and store administration.
- Monitor sales, labour, food and beverage costs, and operational performance while preparing daily, weekly, and end-of-month reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvements in team performance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall store profitability.
- Support menu launches, promotional campaigns, and the implementation of new operational initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience managing a café, restaurant, or hospitality operation.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take ownership of operations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, inventory management, and reporting.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
