We are a leading furniture manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality furniture. Our factory operations are expanding, and we are looking for a diligent, organized, and experienced *Store Assistant* to manage our inventory, handle dispatch schedules, and streamline factory store operations.
Job Overview:-
Position: Store Assistant
Location: Bhanpuri, Raipur (*Factory-based role only*)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: 2 to 3 years in store management or inventory handling (Experience in a manufacturing/factory setup is preferred).
Key Responsibilities & Duties :-
Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials (wood, hardware, fabric, etc.) and finished furniture goods.
Dispatch Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute daily *dispatch schedules* to ensure timely delivery of furniture to clients or retail outlets.
Material Receipt & Inspection: Oversee the incoming material from suppliers, verify quantities against purchase orders, check for damages, and update the system.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Utilize computer systems to update stock registers, generate delivery challans, and maintain daily inward/outward logs.
Space Optimization: Ensure the factory store is kept clean, organized, and that materials are stacked safely to prevent damage.
Audit Support: Assist the management in periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary with relevant work experience.
Experience: 2–3 years* of proven experience as a Store Assistant or Inventory Clerk.
Technical Skills: High computer efficiency* (Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic inventory software/ERP is a must).
Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of dispatch scheduling, loading/unloading processes, and handling delivery paperwork (Challans, Invoices).
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
