Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Graphic Designer who can lead creative execution across static and motion formats. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating ideas into compelling visuals with minimal supervision and take full ownership of design projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital and offline channels

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video creatives for marketing campaigns

Develop brand-aligned creatives for social media, performance marketing, website, and campaigns

Work independently with minimal handholding, managing end-to-end design workflows

Translate briefs into strong creative concepts with a clear understanding of business goals

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful creatives

Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design outputs

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and motion techniques

Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, speed, and production efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics

Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work

Must have experience in 3D motion graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools)

Strong expertise in creating compelling explainer videos (storyboarding, editing, pacing, and storytelling)

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent)

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling

Ability to create high-converting ad creatives (performance marketing experience is a plus)

Experience in video editing and basic animation principles

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
