We at AGMAH, are looking for a Field Service Engineer who enjoys working on machines in real production environments. Someone who is comfortable getting hands-on with installations and troubleshooting, while also working closely with customers to ensure things runs smoothly.
In this role, you will be involved in:
- On-site installation, wiring and deployment of IoT-connected systems on factory floor
- Debugging and troubleshooting during and after installation.
- Acting as the main technical point of contact for customers
- Supporting system integration and ensuring smooth go-lives
- You will see how the system performs in a real factory, solve problems that come up during deployment, and help bring AGMAH’s technology to life on the shop floor.
