We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician with 1 year of hands-on experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of IP and analog camera systems, DVR/NVR configuration, networking basics, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems (IP & Analog Cameras).
- Install and configure DVRs, NVRs, and related surveillance equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV cameras, recording devices, and network connectivity.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic system health checks.
- Install and terminate network cables (Cat5e/Cat6), power cables, and connectors.
- Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and desktop applications.
- Assist in setting up access control systems, biometric devices, and video door phones (preferred).
- Coordinate with clients to understand their surveillance requirements and provide technical support.
- Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all installations comply with company quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in CCTV camera installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, DVR, NVR, and PoE Switches.
- Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, routers, switches, and LAN connectivity.
- Experience in cable laying, crimping, and connector termination.
- Familiarity with remote access configuration and surveillance software.
- Ability to diagnose hardware and network-related issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for installation and support.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with biometric attendance systems, access control systems, and video door phones.
- Knowledge of basic electrical wiring and power backup systems.
- Understanding of networking devices such as routers and switches.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
