Metaminds Studio is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who operates at the intersection of product, psychology, and business. This is not a role focused only on screens or visuals. You will shape direction, challenge assumptions, and turn complex ideas into intuitive, high-impact experiences.

What You’ll Own
- Lead the complete design lifecycle across web and mobile, from early concepts to final execution
- Drive product thinking by mapping user behavior, business intent, and interaction logic
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability audits with clear strategic outcomes
- Translate insights into structured user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Build and evolve scalable design systems that balance consistency and flexibility
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and marketing to ensure seamless execution
- Run usability testing and refine experiences based on real feedback
- Maintain consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and elevate the overall design standard
- Present and justify design decisions with clarity and confidence
