Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and instructions.
- Assist in daily mise en place and food preparation.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Properly store food items and ingredients.
- Assist in minimizing food wastage.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Follow all company policies and kitchen procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as Commis I or CDP in a hotel, restaurant, or catering establishment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
