Job Title: CMT Executive (Carrier Management Team)
Experience Required: 6 Months+
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers
- Negotiate rates and secure capacity for shipments
- Track and monitor loads to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve carrier-related issues and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records in the system
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Freight Brokerage/Carrier Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of the US logistics industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
