Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting HR and recruitment activities while gaining practical exposure to various human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction activities
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and update databases
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Qualification & Experience:
- Pursuing or completed MBA (HR) / BBA
- Freshers and students can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations
- Knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
