Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven B2B SaaS Sales Executive / Lead Generator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, outbound sales, and appointment setting with international clients.
You will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. Candidates with experience in IT services sales, SaaS sales, or digital services outreach will be preferred.

Responsibilities – How You Will Contribute
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and outbound prospecting
- Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with decision-makers
- Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders
- Schedule discovery calls, appointments, and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and manage lead data in CRM tools like HubSpot
- Build and nurture prospect relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Track outreach activities, responses, and pipeline updates
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
- Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth
Requirements – What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, SaaS sales, or IT services sales
- Strong experience with LinkedIn lead generation and cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, Apollo, or similar tools
- Ability to confidently engage with international clients and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of outbound sales and appointment-setting strategies
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outreach activities
- Prior experience in IT service-based companies or SaaS industry is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email outreach automation tools
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes
- Exposure to HubSpot ecosystem or digital marketing services is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
