Job Summary
We are looking for strong communicators who can handle client concerns, resolve disputes, and retain clients through structured resolution plans. The role requires negotiation skills, confidence, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client complaints and refund requests professionally
- Communicate with clients via calls and messages to understand concerns
- Convert refund demands into retention or partial settlement
- Explain company policies and resolution plans clearly
- Manage difficult and escalated clients calmly
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain proper follow-up and closure of cases
- Update daily reports and client status
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and difficult conversations
- Negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
- Confidence in speaking with clients on calls
- Result-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Collections
- Experience in handling complaints or client disputes
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

- Daily client calls and follow-ups
