Swarna Square is an early-stage startup building an India-first Jewellery ERP & SaaS platform specifically for jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
We are building a modern, fast, and clean ERP product that simplifies complex jewellery workflows — including inventory, POS, tagging, repairs, orders, and reporting.
Jewellery businesses are still running on outdated systems. We’re here to change that.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (5+ years experience) who has designed complex SaaS/ERP products and understands workflow-heavy systems.
This is NOT a Dribbble-style landing page role.
This is deep product thinking, structured UX, and scalable design systems.
You’ll work closely with the founders and tech team to build a world-class product experience from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Brainstorm and design complex ERP / POS / Inventory workflows
- Convert messy operational flows into intuitive user journeys
- Create low-fidelity wireframes → high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Build and maintain a scalable Design System
- Collaborate with developers for seamless handoff
- Conduct design QA to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Iterate fast based on feedback
Must-Have
- 2+ years experience designing SaaS / ERP / B2B products
- Strong portfolio with real product screens (not just landing pages)
- Experience handling workflow-heavy dashboards
- Ability to think in systems, not just screens
- Fast iteration speed
- Crisp communication & ownership mindset
Good to Have
- Experience in fintech / retail / POS / inventory products
- Worked on Design Systems from scratch
- Experience collaborating with backend-heavy teams

Type: Contract / Freelance / Part-time
Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance)
Start: Immediate
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
