Brief about the Position:
Presently FDRVC has setup up Poultry Producer Company in districts of Dumka Jharkhand, India, 824201.
FDRVC has been retained to hire Chief Executive Officers (CEO) of the Producer Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
The CEO of the producer company will have top line & bottom line responsibilities and will be responsible for the followings activities:
- Membership enrolment, outreach, overall turnover and profitability of the PE in line with the business plan
- Efficient management of business operations including procurement of eggs from the villages, purchase of inputs for feed production and sale to member farmers in the villages, cost efficient processing, packaging & marketing of the products handled, management of working capital, Optimisation of logistics, etc
- To provide timely information to the members and Board of Directors for scheduled meetings, board meetings, Annual General Meetings or emergency/short notice meetings.
- Apart from these tasks mentioned above he/she will be responsible for all the tasks that are required to be performed by the CEO, as per the guidelines laid down under the Companies Act, 2013:
Qualifications Required:
Graduation in Veterinary Science, Poultry Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, Horticulture, Business Administration, Agribusiness Management and other related fields is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ work experience of managerial position in grass root level origination is desirable
- Experience of working in rural area with hands on experience in handling procurement of Agri-commodities, feed production, , etc is highly desirable.
Other: Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
The position will be based out of the PC Headquarters of the concerned FPC.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
