Beluce Architects is looking for a Junior Architect and an Architectural Intern to join our growing team. We are seeking passionate, creative, and motivated individuals with a strong interest in architectural design, detailing, and site execution. This is an excellent opportunity to work on residential and commercial projects while gaining hands-on experience in design development and construction supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural concepts, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Develop 2D plans, 3D models, and high-quality renderings.
- Prepare design presentations and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical and design-related issues.
- Ensure project quality, timelines, and documentation are maintained.
- Collaborate with senior architects throughout all phases of the project.
RequirementsJunior Architect
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural design and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of construction techniques and building materials.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Architectural Intern
- Final-year B.Arch students or fresh graduates.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Eagerness to learn architectural design and site execution.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a team.
