Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead, assign tasks to, and supervise mechanics, technicians.
- Workflow Planning: Schedule daily tasks, prioritize work orders, and track production or maintenance deadlines.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace health and safety (WSH/OH&S) rules, maintain clean workspaces, and report incidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed repairs or fabricated parts to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor tools, equipment, and material stock, sourcing quotes or supplies as needed.
- Training & Reporting: Provide on-the-job coaching, track staff training needs, and log performance reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on technical experience in a related field (such as automotive, mechanical,) with prior leadership experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, or diagnostic tools.
- Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-coordination skills.
- Certifications: Relevant trade certificates, vocational diplomas, or a clean driving/heavy vehicle.
Qualification:
ITI/Diploma(electrical/Mechanical) or releavent experience in same field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
