Job Summary
Deft Innovations is looking for a skilled and results-oriented SEO Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and a good understanding of AI-powered search optimization. You will be responsible for improving organic search performance, increasing website traffic, and driving business growth through effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structure.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and other technical issues.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns, including high-quality link-building strategies.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare detailed SEO performance reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini for keyword research, content planning, content optimization, and SEO workflow automation.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences (Generative Engine Optimization - GEO).
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates, AI search trends, and SEO best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Ubersuggest.
- Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or other AI tools for SEO and content optimization.
- Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search trends.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
