We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk & Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations and handle daily inquiries.
- Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries.
- Explain membership plans, services, and ongoing offers to prospective clients.
- Convert walk-in and phone enquiries into memberships.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a lead database.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience for all members and visitors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1+ year experience in Front Desk, Reception, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to confidently explain services and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).
- Organized, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Please Note: This is a full-time, office-based position in Jaipur and is not a work-from-home (WFH) opportunity.
Preferred Candidate
- Females will be preferred.
- Experience in gyms, fitness centers, wellness clinics, salons, or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates residing near Malviya Nagar or willing to commute comfortably.
