Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Electrical QS) to join our India Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, tendering, and commercial support for electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Electrical BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare material and labour cost estimates for electrical works.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in tender preparation and submission.
- Prepare rate analysis and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project quantities, variations, and additional works.
- Prepare variation claims and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Electrical Design Engineers, Draughtsmen, Project Teams, and Procurement.
- Maintain proper records of quantities, estimates, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Electrical Quantity Surveying / Estimation.
- Good knowledge of electrical materials, installations, and construction practices.
- Experience in preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience with MEP / building services projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of GCC/Qatar electrical standards and practices will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to coordinate with project and design teams.
- Candidates with Middle East project experience will be preferred.
Salary: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
