We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction sites and residential flats. The candidate will ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities Site (Construction) Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workers
- Monitor labor productivity and material usage
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Maintain daily progress reports
- Maintain site safety standards and enforce rules
Flat / Apartment Responsibilities
- Inspect completed flats before handover
- Ensure finishing work (painting, plumbing, electrical) is properly done
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness of flats
- Ensure availability of utilities (water, electricity, etc.)
- Assist in flat handover process to clients
- Keep records of maintenance and service work
Requirements
- Need experience in Construction / Property Management
- Basic knowledge of civil work, electrical, and plumbing
- Ability to manage workers and handle multiple tasks
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree (Civil preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years (preferred)
Salary
- ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
