We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Accounts to lead and manage accounting operations across multiple retail outlets within our organization.
This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with strong expertise in retail accounting, financial control, compliance, and team leadership.
Key Requirements :
10–15 years of experience in accounting & finance
Strong experience in multi-location retail outlet accounting
Expertise in book finalization and financial reporting
Good knowledge of GST compliance and statutory requirements
Strong experience in bank reconciliation and financial controls
Experience in party account management & receivables monitoring
Knowledge of cash operations and internal financial controls
Strong leadership and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting operations across multiple locations
Ensure accurate financial records, reporting, and compliance
Supervise book closure and financial finalization processes
Monitor bank reconciliation and cash flow management
Ensure GST compliance and statutory reporting
Manage party accounts, receivables, and financial discipline
Lead and develop the accounts team across locations
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
