ZIVENTRA is hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA)
Location: Indore (Onsite)
Experience: 6 Months+
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring teams
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers
- Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Work on multiple open positions and meet hiring targets
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in IT recruitment is preferred
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes
- Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
