Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, payments, and customer queries.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and offers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
