Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of planning and executing weddings from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Oversee the end-to-end coordination of multiple weddings concurrently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Develop compelling proposal presentations tailored to client requirements.
3. Scheduling client meetings and discussing setup, venue, catering and other requirements.
4. Prepare detailed project checklists, event flows, and timelines.
5. Collaborate and negotiate contracts with vendors to bring creative and innovative elements to each wedding, staying abreast of industry trends.
6. Monitor budget adherence and provide strategic guidance to clients on financial decisions throughout the planning process.
7. Creating visually appealing presentations.
8. Provide informed recommendations to enhance the client's experience and incorporate the latest trends into wedding planning proposals.
9. Stay abreast of current wedding trends and industry innovations.
10. Introduce creative concepts and unique ideas.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in wedding planning with a minimum of 5-7 years in a managerial role.
2. Strong negotiation skills.
3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
5. A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
6. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint and Drafting emails.
8. Excellent reporting skills and sincere about following company rules, regulations, and formats.
9. Well groomed & disciplined.
10. Flexibility and adaptability.
Remuneration: As per Industry Standards and experience.
