THE ROLE
This role will ensure accurate order entry, and dispatch documentation, enabling smooth coordination between accounts, store, and dispatch with zero errors and timely execution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Dispatch Coordination
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order execution, verifying that all required documents are in place prior to dispatch.
Monitor real-time dispatch status, follow up on pending orders, and update the system upon successful closure.
– Daily Reporting
Prepare a structured daily report covering orders received, billed, dispatched, and pending, and share it with the management and operations team.
– Ensure Control & Compliance
Ensure zero errors in billing and SKU dispatch while maintaining complete documentation and systematic record-keeping to support internal and GST audits.
– Coordination
Work closely with the store, dispatch, and sales/e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless order-to-billing-to-dispatch workflow.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– Education: Bachelor of Commerce
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dispatch documentation or data entry
– Working knowledge of advance excel (V - lookup / H - Lookup / Pivot Table) and ERP
– Detailed oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced setup

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
