Your job will be to supervise, manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a Company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing high-quality client service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operations including accounting, tax preparation, auditing, and other financial services.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Address client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients to gather financial information and documentation.
- Ensure that all client engagements are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Keep updated with changes in accounting and tax laws, and ensure staff compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and taxation.
- Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- At least 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or auditing role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in online accounting software (Zoho)
- Self-starter and able to manage work independently with minimum supervision

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
