Position Overview

We are seeking an International Business Development Executive to drive our company’s expansion into global markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for international business, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential international markets for our products/services. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to determine market entry strategies.
Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, distributors, and partners in international markets. Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Foster long-term partnerships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Negotiation: Lead sales efforts in international markets. Develop sales strategies, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Market Expansion: Drive the company’s expansion into new international markets. Evaluate market potential, establish distribution networks, and oversee market entry processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure effective execution of international business development strategies.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics and market trends to measure the success of international business development initiatives. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
Proven experience in international business development or sales
Strong knowledge of global markets, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
