Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Zoho Books Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, expense tracking, and financial records using Zoho Books software. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries in Zoho Books
- Generate invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Track payments, collections, and outstanding invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Maintain GST bills and accounting documents
- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books is mandatory
- Knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Excel preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
