Job Title: Video Editor and Photographer
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Head
Job Summary
The Video Editor and Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of the park, attractions, events, and promotional activities. The role includes editing visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, and other branding initiatives to enhance the company's online presence and visitor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of rides, attractions, events, guests, and promotional activities.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns, seasonal events, and special occasions.
- Edit videos for social media platforms, digital advertisements, website content, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit and enhance photographs for marketing materials, brochures, banners, and social media posts.
- Create engaging reels, short videos, promotional films, and event highlights.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to develop creative visual content.
- Maintain a well-organized library of photos, videos, and digital assets.
- Operate and maintain cameras, drones (if authorized), lighting equipment, and other photography/videography tools.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's branding guidelines.
- Cover park events, school visits, promotional campaigns, and community engagement programs.
- Assist in creating content calendars by providing visual materials for scheduled campaigns.
- Stay updated with current photography, videography, and video editing trends and techniques.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Professional certification in video editing or photography is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or amusement park industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photo editing software.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is an advantage.
- Creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
