Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be experienced in digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, AI-powered marketing tools, and B2B sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Use AI marketing tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to create marketing content and improve productivity.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and other social media platforms.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through online and offline channels.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, brand owners, packaging companies, and plastic processors.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients until order closure.
- Increase awareness of BlueOcean Recycling and our PCR plastic granules.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and networking meetings.
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales and marketing reports.
- Work towards monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in social media management.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and convert B2B leads.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,383.46 - ₹56,714.23 per month
