Position: Workshop Manager
Department: Service / After-Sales
Industry: Two-Wheeler Dealership
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop support staff.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, job allocation, and workshop targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair standards, and manufacturer SOP compliance.
- Monitor tools, equipment, safety standards, and workshop housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Spare Parts, Warranty, and Customer Relations teams.
- Track repeat repairs, pending jobs, and vehicle delivery commitments.
- Prepare and review workshop performance reports and KPIs.
Requirements: Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred, with 3–5 years of two-wheeler workshop/service experience and strong team-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
