- Daily Book-keeping & Ledger Management: Record all daily bank, cash, and voucher transactions into the accounting system with proper documentation and supporting invoices.
- E-commerce Revenue Reconciliation: Track, reconcile, and audit daily/weekly settlement data from Shopify, GoKwik (Prepaid & COD), and bank accounts to ensure zero revenue leakage.
- Tax Compliance (GST & TDS): Prepare and organize monthly data for GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS computation. Coordinate directly with our Chartered Accountant (CA) for timely compliance.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices (marketing agencies, shipping logistics, customs), schedule payments upon approval, and rigorously monitor outstanding
- Payroll Processing: Monthly payroll processing, checking employee attendance/incentives, and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and assist in generating monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for the management team.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Collaborate with the warehouse team for quarterly physical stock verification and ledger matching.
