A Quality Control (QC) Executive at Kluton Paint Industry tests raw materials and finished products (emulsions, primers, and coatings) to ensure strict compliance with color, viscosity, and durability standards before market dispatch.
- 1. Raw Material & Packaging Inspection: Inspects, tests, and approves incoming chemical raw materials and packaging against quality standards and vendor COAs before production.
- 2. In-Process & Finished Product Testing: Conducts physical, chemical, and application tests on paint batches, providing immediate correction steps to ensure perfect viscosity, color, and finish.
- 3. Documentation & Compliance: Logs batch data, issues Certificates of Analysis, and manages a retained sample library for tracking shelf life and resolving quality complaints.
- 4. Lab Maintenance & Safety: Calibrates laboratory testing equipment regularly while enforcing strict safety protocols and proper chemical waste disposal.
