Grub Monkeys & American Diner Café is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Outlet Manager to lead our outlets in Bengaluru and Mangaluru. If you enjoy interacting with guests, leading teams, driving sales, and creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to meet you! Key Roles & Responsibilities - Manage the billing counter and ensure smooth cash handling. - Actively engage with guests, take orders, and upsell menu items to increase sales. - Support the service team during peak hours to ensure excellent guest experience. - Maintain accurate daily accounts and outlet records. - Interact with customers, resolve concerns, and encourage positive online reviews. - Lead, motivate, and manage the outlet team with a hands-on leadership approach. - Coordinate closely with the top management and submit daily and periodic reports. - Bring fresh ideas to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and business growth. Skills Required - Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory). - Knowledge of Hindi and any South Indian language is an advantage. - Kannada speaking ability is preferred but not mandatory. - Basic computer and internet knowledge. - Pleasant personality with strong presentation and customer service skills. - Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and manage teams. Qualification - We value skills, attitude, and leadership more than academic qualifications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Age: 28–45 years.
