Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation
- Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as required.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and productivity.
Setup & Tool Handling
- Perform machine setup as per job specifications.
- Install, adjust, and replace cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Verify tool offsets and machine parameters before production.
Quality Control
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Bore Gauge
- Dial Indicator
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
